On completion of the Elementary Course you can proceed with high-altitude flights and a well-founded theory tuition. The objective of the course is the Austrian or German Pilot License and to provide you, the student pilot, with all support to become an independent and responsible pilot.

Requirements: Austrian School Confirmation or completion of an Elementary Course in Germany and a minimum of 5 flights higher than 300 m.

High-Altitude Flights

Flying should be fun and safe - that's our motto.
If you want, on completion of the Elementary Course II, you can move on immediately to the high-altitude flights.
You'll fly radio guided and under supervision of two instructors - one at launch and one at landing site. Different flight exercises help you prepare for your pilot license exam and for your future free flying.
Our diverse flying sites with height differences up to 1200 m and the option to alternate between the flying sites of the Dachstein-Tauern region in the north and the Mur valley in the south are a great advantage for you.
Depending on weather and flying site you'll achieve up to 3-6 high-altitude flights per day. With optimal weather conditions you can complete your club pilot tuition within 10 days. If you have to plan on a tighter time budget, you can also book single club pilot course days. Details course content

Theory

A well-founded knowledge of weather, airspaces, flight situations etc. is very important for your future flying career. In the theory lessons you'll be equipped with this knowledge and prepared for your exam.

Exam

The theory exam always takes place subsequent to the theory lessons. Individual exam dates are possible by agreement. 

On completion of your practical training (40 high-altitude flights are mandatory) you can take the practical exam quickly und uncomplicated - if you want on the same day.

Once you successfully completed the exam, you can apply immediately for your (Austrian or German) pilot license.

It is possible to book the complete club pilot tuition in a compact-course or as single tuition flights/days.
