Elementary Pilot Course II

Requirements

• Elementary Course I or its confirmation by another austrian of german flight school

Course Content

• 5 high-altitude flights with 300m to 1100m of height difference and the following exercises: flight planning, launching, curves, landing techniques, landing
• Theory lessons: flight practice
• Theory exam for the Austrian School Confirmation
• Radio-based guidance

Course Start

The course begins when the objectives of Elementary Course I have been achieved. In our week-long courses this will be - weather depending - on Thursday or Friday, in the weekend courses on the next weekend. It's not necessary to book Elementary Course II in advance, if you book Elementary Course I in our flight school.

If you made your elementary course in another flight school, you can book this course on the same dates as our refresher courses.

1-2 days depending on weather conditions.

Course Objectives

• Austrian School Confirmation

If we don't achieve the course objective within the proposed time due to weather conditions, the course can be extended or completed at another date free of charge.

Tip

Presuming good flyable weather conditions you'll get your Austrian School Confirmation in 5 - 6 days. If you have the time and feel like it, you can continue at a stretch with your Club Pilot Tuition.
